Green Phase at Symbiote

Berks County goes into the yellow phase Friday 6/25/2020! This will allow us to offer curbside pickup, along with limited in person sales! In person sales allow a maximum of 25 customers in the shop at a time. Walk-ins are accepted if the store is not at maximum capacity, business by appointment is also available! Symbiote Collectibles is following all CDC & PA laws and regulations. So the following NEW policies are now officially in effect at Symbiote Collectibles. 1. Anyone over the age of 2 needs to wear a mask in the shop.
2. Sanitize your hands at our sink or Sanitization Station before touching ANY merchandise.
3. Maintain social distancing standards and stay 6 ft. away from other people at all times in the shop.
4. Symbiote Collectibles will be cleaned periodically throughout the day along with a deep clean at the end of each day and on an as needed basis.
5. In the event of a worker catching the coronavirus the store will close immediately for deep cleaning and not reopen until it is deemed safe to do so. 6. If you refuse to follow any of the policies we will try to warn you if needed we may ask you to leave the store, we also have the right to refuse service, in extreme cases we can also ban an individual from the store or trustpass them so they are forced to leave and coming back into the store could lead to legal action.
